With the support of doctrinaire Census Bureau, the gay rights activists are calling for the participation of their community by leading the first U.S. census counts of same-sex couples who say they are married - even those without federation license.
The decision drew criticism from conservatives, who complain that this is another step towards the redefinition of the Confederation.
