The dame was interviewed by police last week, telling investigators she woke up in Pellebon's dwelling-place at least twice, with the suspect lying behind her and touching her “from her hair to her ankles,” according to a apparent cause affidavit filed Monday in district court.

Records show the presumed abuse of the girl began when she was 11.

The McClain County worker also told the coppers she believed Pellebon had abused a mentally disabled 15-year-old sweetheart, who has shown “recent sexualized behavior,” the affidavit states.

The 15-year-old maid told police Pellebon had raped her at least twice, once in 2010 and once this days summer.

The girl also said the suspect would frequently remove her from bed, get naked off her clothes and display her on a bed for viewing.

Pellebon admitted to stripping the female's clothes off but said he did it to apply medication due the victim's unspecified fleece condition.

He told investigators he applied medicated cream to the wench's “chest, back and butt” while the two were alone in his master bedroom.
