MORRIS PLAINS — A Boy Scout Mr Big who invited a man to his home and showed him pornographic images of children on his computer was arrested today, the Morris County prosecutor said.
Stephen Corcoran, 44, of Morris Plains was charged with one depend on of second-degree distribution of child pornography and one count of fourth-gradually possession of child pornography in connection with the alleged October fracas, Prosecutor Robert Bianchi said.
Corcoran has since stepped down from his Scout condition, his attorney said.
A man, identified only as "C.W. #1," told investigators from the prosecutor’s post in November that Corcoran had issued an invitation to his Littleton Road welcoming comfortable with a month earlier and showed him computer images of apparent child erotica, according to an arrest affidavit.
Authorities searched Corcoran’s computer and storage media and found images of boys with their genitalia exposed, as well as images of boys employed in sex acts, the affidavit said.
